First and foremost, we don't pay our consultants any commission. Ever. They are paid an industry-leading salary to provide an industry-leading service. So, our team have nothing to gain from placing you in the wrong role or pushing an inappropriate candidate your way. We're focussed on doing what's best for you, not what adds the most to our personal bank accounts.

What's more, at Optimum you won't find a revolving door with consultants passing in and out at an alarming rate. In fact, we have one of the highest retention rates in the industry (around 85%). So, when we talk about building relationships with our people, we don't mean you'll have to get to know a new person every 3 months.
